Brig (Rtd) Dr. Robert Kabage, PhD, EBS, Chief Executive Officer for Mashariki Research and Policy Centre delivered policy insights at the 2024 Annual Pre-Tana Multi-Regional stakeholder dialogue on “Energy Security and Transitions” held from 7th -8th March 2024 in Rabat, Morocco. The event was co-hosted by the Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) in partnership with the Policy Centre for the New South (PCNS). It was attended by Morocco government officials, members of the diplomatic community, regional and continental organisations, Non-Governmental organisations (NGOs) and development partners.
