Mashariki Research and Policy Centre (MRPC) was honoured to attend the Diplomatic Reception hosted by the Embassy of Egypt in Kenya on 22 July, 2026 at Villa Rosa Kempinski Hotel, Nairobi.

The event commemorated Egypt’s 74th National Day celebrations and brought together distinguished members of the diplomatic community and key stakeholders for an evening of meaningful engagement, dialogue, and strengthened relations.

MRPC was represented by Dr. Solomon Njenga, PhD, Director of Research and Programmes and Grace Musolo, Executive Relations Assistant.

MRPC’s participation reflects the Centre’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships and engaging in high-level dialogue on issues shaping peace, security, governance, and sustainable development across Africa. Such engagements provide valuable opportunities to exchange perspectives, foster collaboration, and contribute to informed conversations on emerging regional and global challenges.
