On September 25, 2025, Dr. Solomon Njenga, PhD, Director of Research and Policy at Mashariki Research and Policy Centre (MRPC), participated in a dialogue series at the University of Nairobi titled “60 Years of US–Kenya Relations: Reflecting on the Past, Inspiring the Future.“

The event was hosted by the Africa Center for the Study of the US (ACSUS), which is based at the university’s Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies (IDIS). The discussions focused on various aspects of the US–Kenya partnership. MRPC participation in the forum highlights the Centre’s alignment to analyzing geopolitical and policy issues impacting Eastern Africa.
