Brig (Rtd) Dr. Robert Kabage, PhD, EBS, CEO of Mashariki Research and Policy Centre (MRPC) hosted Mr. Iaroslav Kobyzev, Counsellor, Embassy of the Russian Federation in Kenya on 8th May 24 at the Centre’s premises, also in attendance was the MRPC Team. The meeting explored constructive areas of engagement around applied research and linkages with similarly aligned think tanks in Russia.
