On August 22, 2024, the Mashariki Research and Policy Centre team, led by Brig (Rtd) Dr. Robert Kabage, PhD, held a consultative meeting with Mr. Tom Guilfoy, Country Manager for Kenya at AALTO HAPS, at the Centre’s premises. The meeting provided valuable insights into AALTO’s expansion into Kenya and highlighted the critical role of advanced technology in climate solutions and security enhancements. The discussed opportunities will strengthen collaboration between MasharikiRPC and AALTO HAPS.
