About the Engagement
Daystar University will hold its Annual Diplomatic Day on Wednesday, 11th March 2026, at the Athi River Main Campus. The event seeks to foster meaningful engagement between diplomats, scholars, and students on contemporary global issues shaping peace, international relations, and security.
The theme of this year’s Day is “Expanding Horizons: Blue Economy, Maritime Security, and Diplomacy: ASEAN, the Indian Ocean, and Kenya.”
MRPC Representation
Dr. Solomon Njenga PhD., Director of Research and Programmes at the Mashariki Research and Policy Centre (MRPC), will participate as an Expert Panelist, contributing institutional perspectives on:
- Blue Economy
- Maritime security
- Diplomacy cooperation
