On August 30, 2024, the Mashariki Research and Policy Centre participated in the Peace Professionalism Project workshop, co-hosted by the University of Nairobi (UoN) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) held at the UoN Towers. The workshop focused on the essential competencies and skills needed by peace workers, policymakers, and scholars to excel in their respective fields.
