About The Centre
Mashariki Research and Policy Centre (MRPC) is a non-profit, interdisciplinary and independent think tank headquartered in Nairobi. MRPC is a security foresights oriented institution that informs policy and action through evidence-based analysis in the Eastern Africa region. It provides insights derived from forecasting, trends analysis and scenario development to anticipate future threats in the evolving geostrategic landscape.
The Centre offers strategic support to states, non-state actors, intergovernmental agencies, and the private sector in pursuit of a secure and prosperous region.
